rudolph at the north pole

Dies used:
Reindeer

Is June too early to start think about Christmas. I like this die and was chuffed with the push me pull you noses, so duplicated the effect here.

I also tore paper (shock horror). The picture says it all... red brad nose on Rudolph, big silver brad at the top of the pole.

5...4...3...2...1...

Quickutz dies used:

Rocket
Ginger mini alphabet

A terrible photo, sorry. Not much time again this week so you can work it out. I love this for a kids card. It says ‘5...4...3...2...1... blast off ...to a brilliant birthday’.

I double up on the ‘thrusters’ to give it a two tone effect.

A silly. Not gonna explain much because it’s just an idea. I do like their brad noses though.

get well flowers

Dies used:
Flower from QVC set
Get Well cookie cutters

Ingredients:
Making Memories Kate stack
Clear gems
Green grosgrain ribbon
Green patterned card
Black Pen

A 9.5 cm square of green card was attached to the middle of a 12.5 cm white card. A 6 cm square of the pink flower paper was added to the middle of this.

An interrupted line was drawn in black around the edges of both squares.

Two flowers were cut from the plain pink card and the message from the plain green. The message was attached at the lower right corner of the flowered square with the two pink flowers overlapping. Gems were added to the centre of the flowers.

The card was finished by two lengths of green ribbon being tied together and mounted on the green card centrally below the pink flower card.

bold flower

Dies used:

Revolution Daisy (5 petal)

A yellow 8 cm square was matted onto a tonal orange square 8.5 cm.

The revolution flower was cut in a bold red with the centre cut from the orange and yellow used before.

It was laid over the matted square, off centrally overlapping the edges.

This was attached to the top of an A6 white card using 3d foam.
